Town-twinners in Hexham are looking forward to another visit from our German counterparts. A varied programme is being prepared between 3rd and 6th July.

On Friday 3rd there will be a guided tour of Hexham for guests and hosts 10.30 - 12.00. At 16.00 a reading group will discuss the book and film 'Hamnet'. At 18.00 a civic reception hosted by Derek Kennedy in the Queen's Hall. 19.30 a ceilidh in Riding Mill Parish Hall. On Saturday 4th an excursion to Howick Hall. On Sunday 5th afternoon tea at 15.00 in the Errington Coffee House. On Monday 6th guests depart for onward journeys or to return home.
